Booking confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until card details have been entered and you have received the confirmation email.

Cancellation policy

To ensure service runs smoothly, bookings are subject to a cancellation policy. A charge of €20 per person applies for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or for no-shows.

Punctuality and duration

Please arrive on time. Bookings are released 15 minutes after the reserved time.

The experience is designed to last 2 hours. Out of respect for later bookings, we are unable to extend your table time in the event of a late arrival or other circumstances beyond our control.

Dining room and terrace

We have two distinct spaces:

• Indoor dining room: high tables with comfortable high-backed chairs.

• Terrace: standard-height tables and chairs.

If you have a preference, please note it in the comments field when booking. We will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee it.

Outdoor terrace

Our terrace is fully open-air and unheated. Please bear this in mind when booking.

Children

Because of the limited size and layout of our dining room, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate prams, and we do not have high chairs. We also do not offer a children’s menu. Thank you for understanding.

Allergies and intolerances

If anyone in your party has a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us in the relevant field of the booking form so we can review it in advance.
